A way that I have been taught for the past 18 years of my life is to not leave a task half done. It is to be completed with diligence and with an open mind. Diligence and an open mind help to lead to efficiency and ultimately a safer work environment. the same principles apply to a machine. If one part is lacking, then it is to be inspected carefully, given careful consideration, and redesigned to better suit the task at hand. When that so-called part is your co-worker, it is all about working with the person to help grow them as not only a worker but also as a person. This same idea is reflected in the letter of recommendation from my previous employer as listed below.
